Kokolakis Contracting Awarded $10.4M Orange County Convention Center Phase III Valencia Ballroom Renovation Feb 16, 2016
Kokolakis is converting the Valencia Room, an existing 62,000 sq.ft. multiple-purpose room, into a Ballroom. The project involves electrical, LED lighting and controls, access control system, data infrastructure, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and architectural features such as carpet, terrazzo flooring, entry doors, decorative panels, wall finishes, ceiling system, rigging points, and signage.
