Machell Baetens Corporate Treasurer
Machell joined Kokolakis Contracting in 1995 serving as Contracts Administrator, Office Administration and Proposal Management before moving into the role of Corporate Controller in 2009 with a promotion to Corporate Treasurer in 2016. As the Corporate Treasurer, Machell is responsible for cash management and forecasting, corporate liquidity, maintenance of banking and surety relationships, review of corporate investments, corporate insurance program, oversight of its’ 401k and ESOP plans, and the company’s compliance efforts with respect to legislative and regulatory requirements, risk management and legal support.
