Jose Colmenero Director of Preconstruction-FL

Jose began at Kokolakis Contracting in 2006 as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager before being appointed Director of Preconstruction in 2023. In this role, he oversees the preconstruction and estimating department, supervising the estimating process for construction operations across all offices. Jose graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in building construction and has a demonstrated history of strong program and project management, value engineering, project estimation, and CPM scheduling. His background in managing public and private projects in Florida prepared him with a wide range of expertise, including fostering close collaboration with clients and project teams to guarantee the successful delivery of projects.
