Chuck has 25+ years of experience and proven knowledge of setting up phone systems and call centers, end-user support, network administration and design, and troubleshooting. Chuck is directly responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related initiatives across the organization to meet business needs. He is currently working on NIST 800-171 compliance and CMMC certification, which is a voluntary cybersecurity framework designed to safeguard CUI on the networks of third-party government contractors and subcontractors. Chuck studied Computer Science Networking/Computer Repair at Pinellas Technical Education Center. He is a Datto Certified Deployment Specialist and A+, Network +, MCP, Credit Repair Cloud Software, Salesforce Administrator, and DOD Mandatory Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Certified.
