Allison Caesar Human Resource Manager

Allison joined Kokolakis in 2019 with over 5 years of human resources experience. She is responsible for strategic human resource planning, performance management, recruiting, federal and state DOL law compliance, employee wellness, corporate health care plans, training, and benefits management. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University and has both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and SuncoastHR (local SHRM chapter).
