New Children’s Center and Central Services Building at the Bronx Mental Health Campus in New York Jan 19, 2016

Kokolakis completed the Children’s Center and Central Services Building at the Bronx Mental Health Campus in New York. The state-of-the-art facility consists of classrooms, faculty offices, a commercial kitchen, a loading dock, meeting rooms, and locker rooms as well as a narcotics security vault. This building incorporates a 4,806-square-foot central utility plant. The plant supplies itself, and two other buildings, with the heating and cooling infrastructure for the entire $400 million campus. Congratulations to the project team!
