The exterior finish was a combination of stucco and EFIS with shingle roofs and aluminum fascia, soffits, and gutters. The interior was painted gypsum board with carpet, tile, sheet vinyl floors, cultured marble vanities and tub surrounds, maple cabinets with laminate counters and colonial panel doors. Decorative bands, aluminum wrapped columns, decorative louvers, decorative shutters and landscaping completed the design. Site construction involved complete site development including a new road system ending in a cul-de-sac. Site amenities included a playground and a paved trail.
