The Life Sciences Plaza Repair project at The State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook is a renovation of the 54,000 s.f. plaza deck, as well as the existing 32,000 s.f. building constructed in 1973. The upgrades integrate the existing Life Sciences Building with adjacent new and previously constructed buildings that house similar studies. The upgrades further increase the functionality, aesthetics and most importantly, the security of the surrounding area with an updated, modern look to the plaza.
