The Pinellas County Job Corps Center consisted of a new 166,000 s.f. facility with nine buildings to support 300 students and 100 staff members. The buildings constructed on this 16 acre site include an Administration and Security Building; a Student Services and Career Counseling Building; a Vocational Education Building; a Vocation Shops Building; a Cafeteria Building; Two two-story Dormitory Buildings; a Recreation and Gymnasium Building; and a Maintenance and Operations Building. In addition, all underground utilities, softball field, recreation park, and perimeter detention ponds were placed around this facility.
