JKC recently completed the Children's Center and Central Services Building at the Bronx Mental Health Campus in New York. This state-of-the-art facility consists of classrooms, faculty offices, a commercial kitchen, a loading dock with receiving and storage areas, meeting rooms, locker rooms as well as a narcotics security vault. This building incorporates a 4,806-sf Central Utility Plant which is the source supplying itself as well as the two other buildings with the necessary infrastructure for heating and cooling the entire $400 million campus. Congratulations to the project team!
