LEED

J. Kokolakis Contracting, Inc. has been at the forefront of environmentally conscience construction practices since our company’s inception. We have designed buildings with energy efficiency and have employed recycling techniques since the 1970’s. LEED is a relative new benchmark that requires very specific procedures and practices by which a project is designed and constructed. Having LEED accredited professionals at all levels of operations enables us to be effective at each stage of the planning and building process. We have found that green buildings pay for themselves in the first five to seven years and continue to save our clients money throughout the buildings lifetime. The following is a brief list of green building that we have successfully completed.
